COMICS WORKSHOP
Trainer: Andreea Chirică
Location: Technological High School
Description: This workshop tries to make the students use their personal experience and emotional intelligence to create 20 pages about abstract concepts (also personal descriptions) that they read in the books, perhaps, but they never experienced them. A short description of the ways in which a comic book can be made. Students will learn that there are endless possibilities to image the relation between a text, a word, a phrase and image.

PERFORMANCE WORKSHOPS „MIXING MEMORIES”
Trainers: Lala Misosniky & Alina Ușurelu
Location: Leőwey Klára” Theoretical High School
Description: This workshop proposes creation of a collective manifest regarding the right to freedom and points up the importance of an articulate point of view in the common language of teenagers, the importance of memory and to the way we can learn from considering the past through art. We will connect to personal memory, we will discover collective memory and through performative exercises we will create a common archive of histories, emotions and feelings to be able to define our speech regarding freedom, to understand its importance in day by day life. The purpose of the workshop is to create a collective manifesto on the subject of the right to freedom, a performative installation that uses the environments: body-space-sound-image.

MULTIMEDIA WORKSHOP ”THE THROUGH THE EYES OF THE CITY”
Trainer: Olga Ștefan
Location: Taras Șevcenko” Pedagogical High School
Topic: The reactivation of memory of forgotten places and stories of the Jewish community in Sighetu Marmatiei.
GUIDED TOUR THROUGH THE CITY AT PLACES OF JEWISH MEMORY/ Guide Peninah Zilberman
Description: We will rediscover Sighetu Marmației through the forgotten history of the Holocaust that decimated the Jewish population that lived here. The buildings and houses left empty by the members of the Jewish community were taken over by the municipality or by the local population and used for another purpose after the war, erasing their original history. We will learn about the past, about how even in the worst conditions people resisted and how we can use lessons of the past to create a better society. Guided tour though the city: visiting places of Jewish memory in Sighetu Marmației: Jewish houses,Holocaust Monument, Sefarda Synagogue, etc. Visiting Gisela Perl House.
